As of close of business Monday, April 3, 2023, there are no items pending for the consideration of the Board of County Commissioners for the Land Use Hearing on April 12, 2023. Therefore, According to Resolution No. BOCC 2023-3 and the provisions of C.R.S. §30-10-303 Establishing The Times Of The Meetings Of The Board Of County Commissioners Of Mesa County "If there is insufficient business to warrant a meeting of the Board, such meeting may be canceled by the Board Chair and such cancellation shall be properly noticed" this meeting is cancelled.
