Notice of Mesa County Property Sale
Public notice is hereby given that a property acquired by the County of Mesa, Colorado, by tax deed, will according to law, be offered at public sale at the Old Mesa County Courthouse at 544 Rood Ave, on the 29th day of January 2025, at 11:00 a.m. to the bid deemed most advantageous. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason, including that such bid is less than the current actual value fixed by the assessor. The parcel is identified as parcel number 2943-352-01-022, also known as 154 Browning Road, Grand Junction, Colorado 81503. The vacant parcel of approximately 1.56 acres is located at the corner of Springfield Road and Browning Road. The parcel is undeveloped and was identified as Outlot A for use as open space and stormwater detention facilities according to the plat recorded July 25, 2008 at Reception No. 2450423, Mesa County, Colorado.
