Participants engage in a set of court-approved stipulations instead of proceeding through the standard legal system. Upon successful completion, the case may be dismissed, or charges may never be filed, allowing eligible individuals to resolve their cases outside the courtroom while working toward a positive outcome.

Mesa County Commissioner Bobbie Daniel recently testified before state legislators, calling for a renewed focus on funding Colorado’s core transportation infrastructure — roads, highways, and bridges. Her testimony highlighted the growing disparity between urban and rural infrastructure funding and the critical need for investment in the roads that keep Colorado moving.
